Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of OneLinkPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using OneLinkPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Accounts & registration
You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract and not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use OneLinkPro lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not publish unlawful, harmful, infringing or misleading content, or use the service to harm others or the platform.
4. Subscriptions, plans & billing
Paid plans are offered subject to availability and the limits described for each plan. Plans, pricing and limits are managed by platform administrators. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, subject to your plan terms. Billing is processed via our payment provider, and applicable taxes are added where required. Refunds, where applicable, are handled at our discretion in line with applicable law.
5. Your content & licences
You retain ownership of content you publish. You grant OneLinkPro a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and process your content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights necessary to publish your content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual property
The OneLinkPro service, branding and software are owned by ASP or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or service marks except as expressly permitted.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or that cause harm to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your content may be removed in line with our retention practices.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any content will be accurate or reliable. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable consumer guarantees, rights or remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law — including the Australian Consumer Law — ASP and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee may be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service re-supplied.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will take reasonable steps to notify account holders of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia. You and ASP submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
