Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
OneLinkPro is a professional digital presence platform operated by ASP from South Australia, Australia. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, and is consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and business details when you register, and the content you publish on your profiles (contact details, links, services, images and other material). We also collect technical information automatically, including device type, browser, operating system, broad geographic region and referral source, in each case for visitors to your published profiles.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate and improve the OneLinkPro service.
- To create and maintain your account and isolate your data from other accounts.
- To communicate with you about your account, subscriptions and important service updates.
- To provide aggregated, first-party analytics to account owners about profile engagement.
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
3. Data isolation & security
OneLinkPro is a multi-tenant platform. Your account, profiles, leads and analytics are isolated and accessible only to users you authorise within your account, plus platform administrators where reasonably required to operate the service. We apply access controls and encrypt data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-conscious, first-party analytics that do not track individuals across other websites or services. Analytics are aggregated and do not identify individual visitors unless a visitor voluntarily submits an enquiry form.
5. Enquiries & visitor information
If a visitor submits an enquiry form on a published profile, the details they provide (such as name, email, phone and message) are stored against your account as a lead. You are responsible for handling enquiry data in line with applicable privacy laws. We process enquiry data only to deliver the lead to your account.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Analytics data is retained for the period set by your subscription plan. Upon account closure, we will delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting or security purposes.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law — including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) — you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information we hold. Account deletion requests require confirmation and are recorded in your account audit log. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact & Support page. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information and we have not resolved your concern, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
8. Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and payment processors), under appropriate confidentiality and security terms, and where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where this occurs, we take steps designed to ensure your information is treated in line with this policy and applicable law.
10. Contact
For privacy enquiries, please contact us via the Contact & Support page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
